Today, women are called into many areas of service for God. 

Women leaders juggle many tasks and roles. These include home, children, work, and serving in a ministry.

Like men, women can experience weariness and exhaustion physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

When there is constant output but no input, women leaders do face spiritual bankruptcy and lethargy at interim moments.
